– We endeavour to dispatch orders place before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.

– All orders will be with you in 3-5 working days on a Royal mail services and a signature will be required on delivery.

– If for some reason you’re not home, they will attempt redelivery twice and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery.

Delivery Guidelines During Sale Period

During sale we are very busy and processing orders can take a little longer than expected. Providing your order is in stock you can expect to receive your parcel within 3 – 5 working days. This may take a little longer if you’re based outside of the UK and EU.


Sales Tax and VAT

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

When you are at you shopping bag page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT


Duties and Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please note that this is the main reason non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount. We cannot mark the value of the parcel as a gift or of a lower value as this is against the law. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorized by our team.

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes. You can send or drop your items to:

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.


Christmas Gift Returns

Any items bought as gifts from Monday 23rd November can be returned for a refund, provided they are returned to Gaff by Monday the 5th of January.


Returns for Sale Items:

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

We’re happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable condition and provided that you obtain a Return number within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend for security when sending items back you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.
